Programs for Fall 2025
Reading Psalms Together
Held weekly (during the semester)
Tuesdays at 6 PM
Noble Room (lower level of Hendricks Chapel)
Join us every Tuesday for a weekly Bible study using the ancient practice of Lectio Divina as we journey through the Book of Psalms. The Psalms have long served as a spiritual guide—giving voice to our joy, gratitude, and love, as well as our fears, grief, and questions. In reading and reflecting on these sacred poems together, we’ll discover how their timeless wisdom speaks to our lives today. Come find strength, connection, and hope for the week ahead.
* Lectio Divina, Latin for Divine Reading, which is a Christian practice of reading the Bible prayerfully. In this practice, the participants are invited to read the scriptural text several times to contemplate the meaning of the Bible and the Holy Spirit’s inspiration.
