Affiliated Rate Fees
Hendricks Chapel welcomes guests both affiliated and not affiliated with Syracuse University. All fees include the Chapel rental, 1-hour rehearsal time, and a 3-hour allotted wedding time slot (1 hour set-up, 2 hours for wedding ceremony, pictures, etc.).
The following guests are eligible for the “affiliated rate” fee:
- Syracuse University Student or Alum (either spouse)
- SUNY ESF and SUNY Upstate Medical University Student or Alum (either spouse)
- Syracuse University Trustees and Employees (either spouse)
- Children of Syracuse University Trustees and Employees (either spouse)
Main Chapel Rental: $1,400
Small Chapel Rental: $600
Please Note: chaplain/officiant fees are not included.
Standard Rate Fees
Hendricks Chapel also welcomes guests not affiliated with Syracuse University for their wedding ceremony.
Main Chapel Rental: $2,000
Small Chapel Rental: $750

Payment
Full payment and your completed wedding forms are due at the time of booking your wedding. Checks must be made payable to “Hendricks Chapel” and mailed to:

Once the check has been received in the mail and your completed forms are signed and returned to the Event Coordinator, your wedding date will be finalized and secured.
Cancellations
Weddings canceled more than six months before the wedding date will receive a full refund. Weddings canceled between three to six months prior to the wedding date will receive a 75% refund. Weddings canceled less than three months will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations must be received in writing.
